If you are trying to access your configured StoreWeb (via browser) you might not be able to login because it loops.
I had to troubleshoot a lot unless I came to the point that my NetScaler Gateway General Settings must cause this issue. After figuring out this fact I tried different configurations and then read again the edocs about configuring Citrix NetScaler access within StoreFront. This lead me to the following sentence:
A subnet IP address is required for Access Gateway 9.3 appliances, but optional
for more recent product versions.
As I am using a 10.1 release I tried omitting the Subnet IP address.
The result? Success!
By specifying a Subnet IP even if not needed I did break normal login even if my store was not yet configured to permit remote access. Crucial but reproducible.
